Knob of Time exists to help you reflect on and honor the people who shaped your life. That mission only works if we treat everyone — you and the people you remember — with care.

What we collect

Account basics (name, email via Google or Apple), your birth year and optional birth/current place, and the entries you choose to write.

What we never do

• Share, sell, or advertise to you based on the people you write about.
• Contact anyone you mention without your explicit, per-person confirmation at the moment of outreach.
• Store more than is necessary to deliver the experience.

Finding people

If you choose to locate someone you are grateful to, we show you the sources we used, let you review before any outreach happens, and let you delete everything at any time.
